In order to understand the physical attributes that are linked with my osteoporosis, I explored sculpture and created a cast of my back and hands in a pose that I have often used to cope with the tension and pain.

This process allowed me to use mod rock casting, plaster casting and alginate casting to show the physical pain that I suffer daily.
